The living room, with its modern and bright design, opens to a large outdoor terrace of 15 m2, where you can relax and enjoy the nature that surrounds you.

In this beautiful apartment you will find a comfortable designer sofa bed that never goes out of style, as is the Chester, which is transformed into a large bed of 1.50cm in the blink of an eye, as well as a table and chairs to enjoy meals both indoors and outdoors, enjoying moments of relaxation under the warm Mediterranean sun.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed with sofa, has plugs with USB port at the headboard, perfect for charging electronic devices conveniently and a wardrobe that has been totally renovated but respecting its essence combining functionality and style. In addition, the bathroom, with a modern and brand new design, has a large shower with sliding doors, LED mirror and sanitary appliances with silent opening / closing system.

In addition to all these comforts, the apartment is equipped with an electric system for opening and closing self-locking blinds, as well as a centralised air conditioning system with automatic temperature regulator, guaranteeing your comfort at all times.

The urbanization offers a wide range of services, including a communal pool and garden area, perfect for enjoying moments of leisure and relaxation during your stay. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private.
