Experience comfort and brightness in our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, complete with a relaxing bathtub for those moments of pampering. With an area of 60m2, this space is tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay unforgettable.

Located on the second floor, you will enjoy panoramic views from our sunny terrace, where you can contemplate the horizon stretching all the way to the sea. Our home is in an impeccably maintained building, with a picturesque interior courtyard that connects you to nature.

Imagine waking up in a room bathed in sunlight, thanks to the southwest orientation of our cozy corner. For your comfort, we have installed heat pumps in the living room and bedroom, ensuring a perfect temperature at any time of the year.

The living room is the ideal space to relax, and if you have additional guests, our fold-out sofa bed (135 cm wide) is ready to welcome them. And that’s not all: your rental includes a parking space in the communal garage, guaranteeing easy access and total peace of mind.

The location is unbeatable, with supermarkets within walking distance, Finnish services that will make you feel at home and a Finnish school nearby for those looking for a longer stay.

We inform you that, due to drought restrictions and in compliance with decree law 2/2024, swimming pools will be closed from 1 October 2024. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private. We are currently awaiting further indications and will keep you informed of any new developments. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
