The terrace, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom, is very sunny and has terrace furniture to enjoy the sea views while you have breakfast in the mornings.

The urbanisation has a garden area, communal pool and tennis court. Ideal for people who come to play paddle tennis, golf and enjoy the beach. Perfect location if you come to enjoy an event at Marenostrum Fuengirola and the Costa del Sol Hippodrome.

The pool will be available from the beginning of June to the end of August!

We inform you that, due to drought restrictions and in compliance with decree law 2/2024, swimming pools will be closed from 1 October 2024. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private. We are currently awaiting further indications and will keep you informed of any new developments. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.

In the master bedroom, a comfortable bed awaits you, perfect for resting after a day exploring the coast. And in the living room, a practical sofa bed transforms into an additional sleeping space, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

The electric kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, from cooking utensils to modern appliances such as oven and microwave. It also includes a toaster, kettle and coffee maker, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast before starting your day.

The bathroom has a spacious shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach, and we provide you with fresh bed linen and towels for your comfort.

From the terrace, you can enjoy spectacular views of the pool, the sea and the city, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the warm sun of southern Spain.

It has Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment and air conditioning to keep you cool on the hottest days, ensuring that you can enjoy a relaxing getaway.

This accommodation has everything for an unforgettable holiday!

Located on the second floor, it is accessed by stairs, take into account this aspect for people with reduced mobility. This apartment offers comfort and free parking on the street.
