The third bedroom is equipped with a single trundle bed (90×190 cm), a practical option especially for children, young guests, or flexible stays.
The living-dining area is spacious, bright, and very welcoming, with a relaxation zone featuring a chaise longue sofa, large Smart TV, and air conditioning. The integrated dining area creates a comfortable space for both group meals and relaxing moments.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, offers everything needed for a practical stay: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and small appliances. It also has direct access to the terrace, making daily use easier and enhancing the connection with the outdoor space.
One of the main highlights of the penthouse is its large terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and a dining area. An ideal space for outdoor breakfasts, enjoying the Costa del Sol climate, or simply relaxing with open urban views.

The building features a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying during the warmer months. It usually opens in June (exact date subject to confirmation by the community) and is available only during the season.
Access is managed via a card, which must be handed to the lifeguard upon entry and requested again when leaving.
The property is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and is located on a high floor with a lift, ensuring good natural light and ventilation.
Located in the Las Lagunas de Mijas area, the apartment offers a practical and well-connected location, with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and all kinds of services within walking distance. It also allows quick access to Fuengirola and other areas of the Costa del Sol, making it a convenient base for getting around by car or public transport.
As it is situated on a main avenue, some level of activity and traffic may be noticeable at certain times of the day, which is typical for central and well-connected locations.

- POOL USE: There is no access to the pool from inside the building; you must exit and access it from outside. (SEE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO IN THE PROVIDED GUIDE)
Opening hours are from 09:00 to 21:00.
Pool access requires the use of cards. Cards must be handed to the lifeguard when entering and requested again when leaving. - Before arrival, it will be necessary to complete the online guest registration, in accordance with current Spanish regulations.
- The apartment is prepared to accommodate up to the number of guests indicated in the reservation, so it is not permitted to host more people than declared.
