Can you imagine staying in the heart of Los Boliches (Fuengirola) just a few steps from the beach?

Santa Rosa is a very bright and refurbished property, located in Los Boliches, Fuengirola, only 700 m. from the beach and offers air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, free wifi, a terrace for you to relax in the evenings sipping your favorite drink and enjoying the warmth of the sun.

This apartment of 53.37 m2 (useful 45 m2 approx) is fully equipped for 2 people and has:

A master bedroom with a double bed (180 cm).

The house also has a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 2 Smart TVs, bed linen, towels and a terrace overlooking the centre.

The accommodation has a private parking space in the same building (subject to prior notice).

Close to the apartment there are several places of interest, such as the Paseo Marítimo Rey de España at about 400 m. There are also many local stores, restaurants, cafes, etc.. You have all the facilities at your disposal to enjoy and relax on the beach Las Gaviotas or La Sirena located at about 700 m. and the beach of Fuengirola at about 900 m.

The nearest airport is Malaga, located 24.5 km away. We have a transfer service from the airport to the accommodation with extra cost.

We inform you that, due to drought restrictions and in compliance with decree law 2/2024, swimming pools will be closed from 1 October 2024. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private. We are currently awaiting further indications and will keep you informed of any new developments. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
