La Joya 2

“La Joya 2” is a spacious, bright and cosy apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms located in the charming area of Mijas Costa, just 50 metres from the beach and about 5 minutes by car from the centre of Fuengirola.

The apartment has a large sunny terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the sea and is equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing under the warm Mediterranean sun.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped independent kitchen, which includes a laundry room for greater comfort. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a dining table for 6 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a modern flat-screen TV.

The apartment is elegantly furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning in the living room, dishwasher, ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, teapot and all other basic appliances and crockery.

We inform you that, due to drought restrictions and in compliance with decree law 2/2024, swimming pools will be closed from 1 October 2024. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private.
