Amenities include dishwasher, electric stove and oven, washing machine in the laundry room, flat screen TV and a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the living room.

The southeast facing apartment enjoys abundant sunlight. The price also includes a closed parking space in the building. Conveniently located, the train station is 170 meters away, Carvajal beach is 500 meters away, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

We inform you that, due to drought restrictions and in compliance with decree law 2/2024, swimming pools will be closed from 1 October 2024. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private. We are currently awaiting further indications and will keep you informed of any new developments. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
