Since 2015, we have managed properties in Fuengirola and the Costa del Sol with processes, standards, and a specialization that few companies have: we fill the winter when the competition can't.

Filter and protection

We filter and manage the operations so that the owner only receives what really requires their attention. We resolve, contextualize, and, when necessary, present options and a clear recommendation.

Strategy adapted to each property

We analyze the characteristics of each property, its location and demand to define the most suitable strategy, whether for a short season throughout the year or a combined CT + MT model.

Nordic specialization

Real Finnish demand for half a season. Communication in Finnish, selected properties, verifiable standard. A difference that is measured.

Local team

We have a team present on the Costa del Sol, with direct knowledge of the accommodations and the local market, and a network of suppliers that allows us to act quickly when necessary.

Processes and audits

Inventory management, video-inventory management, periodic reviews and operational checklists. Quality does not depend on improvisation: it is based on processes, follow-up and continuous improvement.

We don't just think about the next reservation. We work to ensure the performance, condition, and evolution of each property, making decisions with a long-term perspective.

Short season

Vacation rental by nights

Comprehensive management of a demanding operation: reservations, 24/7 guest service, cleaning, maintenance and compliance with regulations, with a strategy aimed at optimizing the performance of each accommodation.

Half season

2-10 months · Specialization in the Nordic market

A modality aimed at long-term stays, with less turnover and greater stability. Our specialization in the Nordic market allows us to connect properties with a demand that is particularly relevant during certain periods of the year.

Medium or long-term stays primarily aimed at professional profiles. Specialized management for selected properties, especially interesting in properties without a tourist license or with a lower holiday profile.

Les hôtes nous ont même laissé des attentions pour bien débuter notre séjour, ce qui a été extrêmement utile et apprécié! Le stationnement est facile dans la rue. Easy to walk to from the train station and the beach is only a 2 min walk away. Beds were comfortable and the accommodation has everything you need.

The apartment is beautiful, bright, spotless, and excellently equipped. As a large family, we truly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with children's dishes, as well as practical extras like a vacuum cleaner and baby-friendly laundry detergent.
The location is amazing—close to the beach, shops, a park, and restaurants.
