It is ready to be installed from the first day and features a double bed, desk and chair for working or studying, a private Smart TV and ample storage space, all in a carefully designed Nordic-inspired aesthetic.

Its great advantage is the private terrace, exclusively for use, with direct access from the room. Between the bedroom and the terrace you will have about 45 m² of private use: a space especially spacious for a shared home, perfect for breakfast, reading, relaxing, working outdoors or enjoying the weather in Fuengirola.

The terrace functions as an authentic extension of the room and provides a private outdoor space for breakfast, reading, relaxing, working outdoors or simply enjoying the climate of the Costa del Sol.

Thanks to its dimensions and layout, the room can accommodate up to 2 people and is ideal for couples seeking more space, privacy, and comfort during a longer stay. The direct connection to the terrace also provides abundant natural light.
