A room with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, bed linen, towels and a terrace overlooking the pool where you can enjoy the views of a green environment, surrounded by trees.

The house also has a sofa bed (135 cm), double glass windows, 3 swimming pools, easy access to the apartment, without steps, from the portal, with ramp for people with reduced mobility or baby stroller.

Near the apartment there are several golf courses, such as the 112 Mijas Golf Course, which is about 700 m away. This house is ideal if you come with your car to make it easier to move to supermarkets that are about 3.6 km away, restaurants, cafes, etc. and so that you can get to know more places in Malaga. You have all the facilities at your disposal to enjoy and relax.

Ideal for people who come to play paddle tennis, golf and enjoy the beach.

POOLS OPEN FROM JUNE 30 TO SEPTEMBER 30

We inform you that, due to drought restrictions and in compliance with decree law 2/2024, swimming pools will be closed from 1 October 2024. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private. We are currently awaiting further indications and will keep you informed of any new developments. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
