Miraflores Golf is a spacious 148 m² apartment located in a quiet residential complex surrounded by golf courses and green areas. A property designed for those looking to enjoy a medium-term stay in a relaxed, comfortable, and well-connected environment on the Costa del Sol.

The property combines spaciousness, natural light, and a highly functional layout. The main living room opens onto a pleasant terrace with open views of the golf course, creating an ideal space to enjoy natural light, the green surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere of the residential complex.

The fully renovated and equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a practical breakfast bar integrated into the social living space.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed measuring 180×200 cm and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a spacious contemporary-style walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a double bed measuring 150×190 cm and a comfortable desk area prepared for working or studying during the stay.

The residential complex offers a communal swimming pool available from March to November, large garden areas, and a paddle court. In addition, the accommodation includes indoor parking as well as free outdoor parking options nearby.

The property is located on the second floor with elevator access, providing convenience both upon arrival and throughout the stay.

The property features hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, WiFi, washing machine, and a layout especially designed for medium-term stays, offering a very practical balance between comfort, functionality, and quality of life.

The Miraflores Golf area offers a very peaceful residential environment surrounded by nature and golf courses, with quick access to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and connections to Marbella, La Cala de Mijas, and Fuengirola.

• It is not permitted to accommodate more guests than those indicated in the reservation.
• Access to the property must follow the instructions sent prior to arrival.
• The communal swimming pool is generally available from March to November, subject to the community’s opening conditions, schedules, and regulations.
• The communal areas, including the swimming pool and paddle court, must always be used in accordance with the community rules.
• Parking must be used correctly, respecting parking spaces, access routes, and the internal traffic rules of the community.
• Excessive noise is not permitted inside the property, on the terrace, in the communal areas, or in the building access areas.
• The property is especially intended for peaceful medium-term stays, so guests are kindly asked to use the accommodation responsibly and respectfully.
• At the end of the stay, the property must be left in reasonable condition and order.
• Any incident or issue must be reported to Koti Rentals as soon as possible so it can be managed properly.
