Bright and spacious apartment, recently renovated, located in the centre of Los Boliches, just 150 metres from the main avenue and 500 metres from the beach (only 7 minutes walk to the beach).

Nearby you can find restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. Los Boliches train station is at 6 min. walking distance.

It has a large living room with dining room and desk for teleworking. Large independent kitchen. A huge and relaxing terrace, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun.

It also has three bedrooms, all with fitted closets; master bedroom with a 150 cm bed, secondary bedroom with a 135 cm bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. It has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

Here you can enjoy a magnificent stay in a quiet residential area with a swimming pool (open only in summer).

You have all the facilities at your disposal to enjoy and relax.

We inform you that, due to drought restrictions and in compliance with decree law 2/2024, swimming pools will be closed from 1 October 2024. This decree also prohibits the use of drinking water for activities such as filling private swimming pools and watering gardens, both public and private. We are currently awaiting further indications and will keep you informed of any new developments. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
